- с начала 2000-х годов компания Jowat успешно разрабатывает альтернативные технологии производства полиуретановых термоклеев без требований маркировки СГС. Продукты с минимальным содержанием диизоцианатных мономеров (MR) могут перерабатываться без загрязнения окружающей среды во многих областях производства. Пользователи защищены, и применение клея становится возможным без дополнительного обучения персонала.
- Серия продуктов Jowatac® отличается высоким содержанием твердых веществ и, соответственно, низким содержанием растворителей. Это способствует не только уменьшению эмиссии, но и снижению пожароопасности.

Что такое клеи с низким содержанием мономеров?
Большинство реактивных термоклеев содержат изоцианаты, которые необходимы для реакции «сшивания» и в то же время в значительной степени определяют исключительные адгезионные свойства этих клеев. Изоцианаты присутствуют как в полимерно-связанной, так и в мономерной форме в виде диметилметандиизоцианата или МДИ (CAS № 101-68-8).В зависимости от концентрации изоцианаты оказывают раздражающее действие на кожу, слизистые оболочки, глаза и дыхательные пути, а также могут вызывать аллергию. По этой причине клеевые составы с содержанием мономерного МДИ > 0,1 % должны маркироваться символом СГС 08 (уровень опасности для здоровья) в соответствии с действующими правилами маркировки опасных веществ СГС. В клеях с низким содержанием мономеров содержание мономерного МДИ составляет менее 0,1 %. Таким образом, согласно действующему Постановлению ЕС (EU1272/2008 и соответствующему Постановлению об изменении действующего постановления EU790/2009), маркировка как опасного вещества не требуется. На пользователей клеев с низким содержанием мономеров также не распространяется обязательное обучение, объявленное на 2023 год, поэтому переход на новые технологии вдвойне целесообразен.
