Современные клеевые системы для превосходного внешнего вида
При современном производстве мебели, древесные панели ламинируются самыми разнообразными материалами. Помимо пропитанных смолами бумажных пленок и шпона, часто используются термопластичные пленки, CPL и HPL. Эти материалы склеиваются благодаря использованию различных технологий, каждая из которых требует специально подобранных клеевых решений. На протяжении многих лет основной технологией была технология склеивания при помощи мочевино-формальдегидных (МФ) клеев. Однако в виду растущих требований по экологии и заботе о здоровье было необходимо искать им альтернативу. Эффективной альтернативой являются инновационные клеевые системы на основе дисперсии или расплава от компании Jowat.
Для облагораживания поверхностей декоративными пленками, CPL, HPL или шпоном, разработано и используется множество клеев.
