Uygulama Açıklaması
Belirli bir amaca sahip olan, mutfak tezgahları veya pencere eşikleri gibi bazı mobilya ve tefrişat elemanları, artan teknolojik gereksinimleri karşılamalıdır. İlk olarak, bu materyaller, PVAc dispersiyonlar, PUR hot melt’ler veya diğer yapıştırıcı tipleriyle lamine edilmektedir. Takip eden kalıplama işleminde, profil uygulanmış taşıyıcı, tezgahlarda veya pencere eşiklerinde yuvarlatılmış bir kenar elde etmek için bir dekor materyal ile kesintisiz bir şekilde kaplanmaktadır. Uygulamaya özel dispersiyonlar veya hot melt yapıştırıcılar, bu prosedür için tercih edilen yapıştırıcılardır. Kenar ile alt taraftaki kaplama arasında kenar, ürünün nem mukavemetini arttırmak için ek olarak PUR hot melt yapıştırıcı ile yapıştırılmaktadır.
