Jowapur®粘合剂获得国际认证
德国胶王公司推出全新单组份反应型聚氨酯粘合剂用于承重结构胶合木粘接。
近来，适用于承重结构胶合木粘接的Jowapur®粘合剂获得国际认证的类型增加。此系列5款粘合剂产品，是胶王公司单组份反应型聚氨酯产品线的延伸; 产品拥有不同特性以及操作性能，满足了承重木结构领域客户对专用粘合剂的需求。
相比于其他类型的粘合剂有着多种不同的用途，胶王公司开发的专用聚氨酯粘合剂适用于特殊用途，是各自的最佳选择。
相比于一般粘合剂，用于建筑方面的Jowapur®系列粘合剂在组成、性能、加工参数方面有着很大的差异，因为它们是用于特殊用途。这些粘合剂是承重结构胶合梁粘接的最佳选择。
胶王公司Jowapur®单组份聚氨酯粘合剂的特性如下：
单组份、无需混胶、无需养生、无浪费
除以上特性外，Jowapur®粘合剂发泡程度低，这就意味着木结构在间歇性存放时，避免了粘接在一起的风险，同时对于加工机械的污染程度降到最低。此外，在双面刨，平刨或压刨操作时，使加工更加平顺与便捷。
胶王公司先进的生产工艺以及用于稳定粘合剂的化学添加剂使得即便在存储时间较长与温度较高的情况下，增强纤维也不会从粘合剂分离。在整个操作时间内，粘合剂不会形成胶块，避免了堵塞设备喷头。
