反应型白乳胶用于实木粘合
不论是窗户框架的指接与拼板，还是地板与多层地板复合，德国胶王的反应型白乳胶系列产品都能提供优异的粘接效果。
如果您需要根据欧盟204/205标准的D3防水等级（短期暴露于潮湿环境中）或D4防水等级（长期暴露于潮湿环境中）的白乳胶，德国胶王的系列产品都能够满足您的工艺要求。
与传统型的脲醛树脂相比，使用PVAc白乳胶具有多种优势，例如复合后的板材甲醛含量低、涂布量少、冷压时间短以及胶层更具弹性等特点。热压时，需要较低的操作温度，具备优异的粘接效果。 这样不仅降低了能耗， 同时减少了因高温产生的木材应力。如果使用高频工艺提高胶层的温度，则热塑性PVAc粘合剂需要具有特殊的性能，以满足高温时对强度的要求。
不同类型的粘合剂系列产品通过以下因素进行区分：
- 粘度
- pH值
- 工艺参数
- 固含量
- 初始强度
取决于涂布方式（辊涂，喷嘴，刮刀）以及基材表面状况，粘合剂的使用需要满足不同的需求，例如粘度要求。德国胶王公司D3级胶的粘度从6,000至15,000mPas不等，满足了市场上所有加工工艺的要求。如果客户需要D4防水等级胶，则可以通过在D3级胶中添加交联固化剂来满足要求。
当使用酸性粘合剂时，不同类型的基材都存在褪色的风险。而德国胶王公司的中性D3级胶可以很好的消除此类风险，而且减少了机械磨损。胶王公司的单组份以及双组份D4级白乳胶完善了产品线，这些粘合剂适用于窗户框架指接与拼板或者地板与多层地板复合。根据欧盟14257（WATT91）标准- 80℃时拉抻剪切强度＞7.0N/mm²，德国胶王公司的Jowacoll®系列白乳胶产品都能满足此类标准。
胶王公司PVAc反应型白乳胶系列产品，因其操作空间广泛，不含污染物，是现代实木家具生产与建筑行业的推荐用胶，建立了实木指接，组装与拼板的新标准。
