Мы уделяем большое внимание сидениям автомобиля. Сиденья автомобиля подвергаются значительным нагрузкам в течение всего периода его эксплуатации. Помимо долговечности и прочности, растущие требования также предъявляются и к внешнему виду, качеству материалов и эргономике.
Предлагаемые компанией «Jowat» технологии также используются при изготовлении автомобильных сидений и чехлов. Наши специальные клеевые составы используются, например, для спинок сидений. Для защиты задней части сидений от механических повреждений используются ткани из натуральных волокон и полипропилена (NFPP), ламинированные тонкой пленкой с использованием полиуретановых клеев расплавов. Наши высокоэффективные полиуретановые клеящие составы также используются, например, при соединении пенополиуретана и кожи, полимерной пленки или тканей. Обычно такие материалы поставляются для отделки автомобильных сидений уже склеенными и смотанными в рулоны.
