Описание приложения
Сегодня, срок службы, который мы ожидаем от окон и входных дверей составляет от 25 до 40 лет. На протяжении этого времени окна и входные двери не должны доставлять проблем и сохранять презентабельный внешний вид, что означает, что ламинируемая пленка и клеевая система не должны отходить от алюминиевого или ПВХ профиля, а так же, что ни один элемент не должен разрушиться из за климатического или иного воздействия.
Полиуретановые клеи расплавы за десятки лет доказали что они подходят для ламинирования оконных профилей. Усовершенствование пленок, постоянно растущее разнообразие материалов и декоров, а так же уменьшение времени хранения профилей после обработки бросают вызов клеевым системам.
Это является причиной того, что сегодня необходимы клеи с быстрой полимеризацией и адгезией к множеству различных материалов, что позволяет в дальнейшем быстрее обрабатывать ламинированные профили.
Праймер
1. Очистка поверхности профиля путем растворения посторонних веществ, получаемых при формировании ПВХ или во время экструзии.
2. Улучшение физической адгезии на поверхности профиля за счет набухания/небольшого растворения и /или путем изменения поверхности для повышения адгезии.
