应用说明
今天，我们希望门窗的使用寿命可以达到25-40年; 在其正常使用寿命里，门窗不仅要外观精美，同时要避免出现各种问题，这就意味着包覆材料与粘接胶层不能从PVC或铝型材表面脱落; 即便暴露在非常极端的气候条件下，包覆后的型材也不可出现问题。
对于窗户型材的包覆，德国胶王公司的PUR聚氨酯反应型热熔胶已经获得客户的广泛认可。在现代型材包覆的应用方面，包覆材料性能的提升，装饰材料种类的多样化，以及逐渐缩短的型材包覆后存放时间，都对粘合剂的应用提出了新的挑战。
背胶
考虑到设备的差异性，型材与包覆材料的多样性，以及工艺流程方面的其它因素，胶王公司建议客户在使用前先进行测试以选择最佳粘合剂与背胶产品。
1.清洁型材表面，分解PVC成型与挤出过程中型材表面存留的非极性物质。
2.通过调整型材的表面极性，提升型材表面的物理粘接性能。
