Destekleyici bir rol - Glulam için özel yapıştırıcılar
Binaların yük taşıma sistemleri için ahşap eleman üreticileri, büyük zorluluklarla karşılamaktadır. Bir tarafta üretim süreci özel standartlara tabi olup kullanılan yapıştırıcıların inşaat için onaylı ve sertifikalı olması gerekmektedir. Diğer tarafta ise, ister kurtağzı isterse laminasyon olsun her uygulama benzersiz gereksinimlere sahiptir. Jowat, yapıştırılmış lamine ahşaptan (GLT veya Glulam) çapraz lamine ahşaba (CLT), masif yapı ahşabından i-Kirişlere kadar farklı uygulamalar ve ürünlere özel olarak adapte edilmiş tek bileşenli, nemle kürlenen poliüretan prepolimer yapıştırıcılardan oluşan bir ürün portföyün sahiptir. Jowapur® serisi bu yapıştırıcıların performansı seri üretiminden önce karmaşık prosedürlerde kapsamlı bir şekilde doğrulanmıştır. Özel içeriği, özellikleri ve işleme parametrelerinde dolayı bu yapıştırıclar, yük taşıyan glulam üretiminde farklı uygulamaların taleplerini karşılamaktadır. Örneğin, Jowapur® serisinden çeşitli özel yapıştırıcılar, kısa işleme sürelerinden dolayı hızlı ve esnek üretim süreçleri için özellikle uygundur. Diğer ürünler uzun açık montaj süresi sağlayarak büyük parça ve büyük partilerin üretilmesini temin etmektedir.
Poliüretan yapıştırıcılar, yük taşıyan ahşap parçaların üretilmesinde çeşitli avantajlar yanı sıra kondansasyon reçineleri gibi diğer sistemlere göre üstün bir ürün kalitesi sunmaktadır. Hiçbir şekilde formaldehit içermemekle birlikte %100 katı içeriği sayesinde çok daha az gramajlarda uygulanabilmektedir. Buna ilaveten, prepolimerler, oda sıcaklığında birkaç dakika içinde kürlenebilmekte ve renksiz görünümleri sayesinde gizli bir yapışma hattı sağlamaktadır.
Jowapur® yapıştırıcıları tek komponent olarak işlenmektedir. Çok fazla hazırlanmış yapıştırıcı için gereken karıştırma, kap ömrü ve yapıştırıcı kalıntıları artık geçmişte kaldı. Minimal köpüklenme, üst üste veya yan yana yerleştirildiklerinde lamellerin yapışmalarını önler ve temizlik süresini büyük ölçüde azaltır. PUR prepolimerler, kurtağızlarının üretim ve kürlenme sırasında preslendikten sonra kayarak ayrılmalarını önleyen lifler ile güçlendirilmiştir. Bu yapıştırıcılar akmaz ve temassız uygulamalar için son derece uygundur. Jowat, yük taşıyan glulam üretimi ve tüm standart uygulama teknolojileri için özel yapıştırıcılar sunmaktadır.

Jowat launches new product family for load-bearing glulam construction
The adhesives in the new product family have been tested according to EN 15425:2017 and fully meet the requirements for engineered timber applications due to their composition, characteristics and processing parameters. The adhesives can be used for fingerjointing as well as for glulam, offer the choice of assembly times between 10 and 60 minutes, and facilitate an assembly time-pressing time ratio of up to 1:1 that has never been achieved before. Jowapur® prepolymers for load-bearing timber construction are characterised by their particularly high initial strength and internal hold of the bondline that increases reliability during the curing of the adhesive in fingerjointing operations. Industrial users can optimise their processes by choosing the formulation best suited for their application. A simple change of adhesive, for instance, can lead to the realisation of an increase in capacity or alternatively improve process reliability without the need for major investments.
With the new Jowapur® product family, Jowat continues to build on single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane (PUR) prepolymer adhesives that impress due to formulations that are free of formaldehyde and VOC, and which facilitate lower application amounts compared to alternative adhesive systems. The new Jowapur® series provides certified and highly efficient bonding solutions for manufacturing all kinds of load-bearing glued timber and all generally accepted application technologies for that purpose.
