热熔胶封边

近十年来在家具生产行业中,使用不同种类的封边条对木质板材进行封边是一项成熟的工艺。封边质量的高标准要求、精美的外观、封边工艺的持续改进以及逐渐多样化的封边材料,这些都对封边胶提出了新的要求。在现代高品质家具制造领域,封边质量的好坏往往是用来衡量家具整体质量的重要因素。最终用户要求封边胶的选择即符合高标准的生产工艺,同时封边后不会留有胶线。

随着现代制造技术的发展,例如激光、等离子处理、热风技术等,行业对于封边工艺提出了“无胶线”的新标准。新的封边技术使用背面带有高分子材料预涂层的封边条,但是这类高分子材料预涂层的封边条存在较大的局限性,通常只适用于热塑性材料,由于连续生产和复杂的生产工艺,所以不能被广泛推广。德国胶王公司为解决此类难题,推出了最新一代创新型的粘合剂产品,不仅适用于新的封边工艺,同时也适用于传统型的粘接工艺,使“无胶线”封边成为现实。

德国胶王公司PO聚烃烯封边热熔胶237.10就是这样一款产品,此款产品同样可以被用作传统型的热熔胶像EVA热熔胶一样。德国胶王公司不仅提供传统型的封边热熔胶,同时也提供封边预涂热熔胶,这种预涂热熔胶通过激光、红外线或者热空气处理后进行再激活粘合。

德国胶王公司237.2X(远红外光谱,热空气固化)以及237.9X(激光,远红外光谱,热空气固化)系列热熔胶可以通过刮涂或辊涂的方式涂布于带背涂的封边条上。此类聚烯烃热熔胶,因其优异的粘接性能,适用于所有标准的封边材料,如树脂浸渍纸、木皮、带背涂的封边条。而使用聚氨酯粘合剂进行封边可以达到高的耐温性能和防潮性能。德国胶王反应型聚氨酯热熔胶607.60是一款快速固化的封边热熔胶,具有高初始强度,低温下良好的弹性以及优异的耐溶剂性能。根据周围环境的湿度和材料的含水率,交联反应会持续数天。
