Applikation Beskrivning
Oavsett om det handlar om dekorativa beklädnadspaneler eller en del i värmeisoleringen har moderna kompositmaterial och sandwichelement en viktig roll i många tillämpningar. Smarta högpresterande lim har blivit oumbärliga vid tillverkningen av dessa produkter på grund av det breda utbudet av materialkombinationer som måste sammanfogas för att uppfylla olika specifikationer. Det breda utbudet Jowat-speciallim är viktigt för att vidhäfta olika substrat, t.ex. trä, mineralmaterial, betong eller plast, till olika isoleringsmaterial, t.ex. mineralfiber, skum eller aluminiumfolie. Utöver detta uppfyller de även ytterligare krav på hydrolysbeständighet, temperaturstabilitet eller brandskydd. Polyuretanbaserade smältlim och 1K PUR-prepolymerlim med olika öppentider och initialstyrkor har testats och beprövats under många år vid tillverkning av högpresterande kompositelement, men även Jowat 2K SE-polymerlim från Jowat klarar tillämpningen. Lim från den senare produktgruppen kännetecknas av utmärkt vidhäftningsförmåga, hög styrka och permanenta elastiska fogar som absorberar spänningar mellan material i sandwichstrukturer. Tack vare detta är Jowat® SE-polymerer pålitliga allroundprodukter för manuella och industriella monteringsprocesser.
Jowat® SE-polymerer är tvåkomponentslimsystem som skapar en brygga mellan kraftfullt epoxiharts och MS-polymerer med utmärkta vidhäftningsegenskaper. Den fullständiga styrkan i detta limsystem syns särskilt vid vidhäftning av svårlimmade ytor som utsätts för höga påfrestningar. Tack vare limmets permanenta elasticitet ger dessa system även pålitlig vidhäftning av substrat med olika elasticitetskoefficient. Jowat® SE-polymerer är fria från isocyanater och lösningsmedel.
