Applikation Beskrivning
Vissa möbelkomponenter eller inredningsdetaljer, t.ex. köksbänkar och fönsterkarmar, har inte bara ett specifikt syfte utan måste även uppfylla allt högre tekniska krav. Först lamineras dessa ytor med PVAc-vitlim, PUR-smältlim eller andra limtyper. I en efterformningsprocess kan det profilerade skivmaterialet sedan täckas sömlöst med ett dekorationsmaterial för att skapa en rundad kant på arbetsbänken eller fönsterkarmen. Vid denna process är specialanpassade vitlim eller smältlim att föredra. Gränsen mellan kanten och undersidans beläggning förseglas sedan ytterligare med ett PUR-smältlim för att förbättra produktens fuktbeständighet.
