ISAE 3402 is internationally recognized as the highest standard currently available for internal control systems. To meet the requirements of the audit, service organizations such as Jowat SE have to fulfil five core responsibilities of ISAE 3402.

In addition, the control objectives are listed and the risks which threaten the achievement of the control objectives are identified. Controls are implemented to ensure an adequate level of security for the achievement of the objectives. Finally, a written declaration is added to the description, confirming the completeness and accuracy of the information provided.
